When my order will be shipped?

After completing the payment and placing your order, we will prepare your products and ship them in the next 24 working hours.

How long will it take to get my order?

We dedicate ourselves daily to deliver our orders worldwide, in the shortest possible time. Orders are shipped on the same day as the order, or at the latest on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are:


North America: 2 to 4 business days

Europe: 4 to 8 working days

South America: 2 to 4 business days

Asia and Africa: from 4 to 10 working days

Oceania: 4 to 8 working days

What shipping carriers do you use?

In order to serve customers in all places of the world, we developed a preferential partnership with the world's largest carriers, such as DHL and UPS, guaranteeing safe, fast and effective worldwide delivery.

How can I track my order?

After completing the payment and placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code link to follow your order in real time.

What are the shipping rates/costs?

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. We offer Free Shipping for orders over USD 100 (EUR 80). Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of USD 20 for shipping, or USD 40 if you want to choose the Express Shipping for a even faster delivery. 

Import taxes may apply, depending on your country. By law, this taxes are full responsible of the customers, but we also work hard to compensate this possible cost for you - we can offer you 50% of the Import Taxes costs as a discount on your website for your next order (over USD 100), you just have to contact us, send the proof of payment (receipt) and you will be able to use the discount.

Directly from Brazil, South America. We work with real and original Brazilian Cosmetics, bringing you the real wonders of the Brazilian nature and Tropical Forest components.

How can I change/edit my order?

Since our shipping and delivery process is so fast, changing an order after it's been placed can be difficult, but it's possible. We recommend contacting us (by WhatsApp, e-mail or call) immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong if your order, so we can make all the changes you want. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

What are my payment options?

You can order with us paying online with Credit Card or PayPal.


We are partners of global payment providers, such as PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and 2Checkout.


If you don't have access to PayPal or Credit Card, we can also offer International Bank Transfer payment method, but it can take 3 to 5 working days for us to process and receive the payment, which can cause delay in your shipping and additional costs.

Is it safe to pay through the website?

We guarantee total security and trust through a 100% encrypted and protected payment.

Can I pay on delivery?

Right now it's impossible to pay on delivery. We are working to have this option in the future.

How can see the prices in my local currency?

In our website, you can check the prices in USD, but you can also use our Currency Conversor, available in the desktop and mobile, to check the prices in your local currency. The conversor calculate the rates based on the daily conversion of the currencies, and the values can be slightly different. Also, when paying using PayPal, they can apply their own conversion rates, which can result on a slightly different final price.


Also, note that we can show the prices of all our products in your local currency, using the Currency Conversor, except in the Checkout Page (where you complete the payment). In this final page you will always see the price in american dollars (USD), which is a standard setting of our website platform. 

How can I pay in my local currency?

By a standard setting of our website platform, you will first see the prices in american dollars (USD). You have the possibility to view the prices converted to your local currency (EUR, CAD, DNK etc.) using our Currency Conversor (available in the top main menu, on Desktop, or inside the menu options, when visiting using Mobile). 


On other hand, in the Checkout Page you will always see the price in USD, but you will be charged for the price converted into dollars in your local currency, considering the pay of payment conversion rates.

What is your refund and return policy?

How long the smoothing/straightening results of Vitta Gold Hair Treatments lasts?

Normally, if the treatment is perfectly done, the results should lasts 3 to 4 months (90 to 120 days), on average.

How many hairs can I do using Vitta Gold Treatments (1L Products)?

Depends on the volume and size of the hair you are treating. The average number of treatments done using our 1L smoothing protein treatments is between 8 and 10.

After 3 to 4 months of the treatment, should Ito apply the product in my whole hair or only on the roots?

That’s up to you, but we recommend applying on whole hair for better results. You can apply it only on your roots, but it might be advantageous to apply in your whole hair, so your whole hair will be renewed, looking more shiny, smooth and healthy. 

Can I use a Protein/Keratin from one collection, and Home Care products from another?

Yes, you can.

The Vitta Gold treatment products (Keratin/Protein) are considered as Nanoplastia?

Yes. Our products perform the exactly expected results of "Nanoplastia" treatments, and share the same traits, so it can be considered a Keratin Treatment, a Protein Treatment or a Nanoplastia Treatment, it is just a matter of nomenclature.

What’s the Expiration Date of the products?

All products contain the expiration date on the bottle. 


If you are wondering about the Keratin/Protein Treaments, the products can lasts up to 2 years (closed) or 1 year (open). Our suggestion is to keep it in a cool place when not using it frequently.

Does the protein/keratin treatments itches in the scalp? 

You may feel a little if you are sensitive, but it hardly happens. We recommend that, if the hair is dirty, wash it normally before applying the product, but without rubbing it with the nail. If the hair is clean or has been washed a few days before, to apply the product without washing before, so the hair will already be protected.

Does the treatment causes smoke when iron in?

The smoke depends on how much product you leave on the hair. You should leave 50% to 0% of product in your hair.

Do you have any product with Methelyle Glycol?

No, we don’t use that in our products.
